The Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC was formed in early 2004 as a commercial real estate brokerage firm. A short time thereafter, the company launched the commercial real estate management division. Early brokerage and management efforts centered on small multifamily and commercial projects, however it became apparent that an opportunity existed to serve larger institutional grade investments in underserved markets similar to Bryan/College Station. Encouraged by early achievements, Oldham Goodwin expanded its line of brokerage and management services throughout the region and soon began to grow into a team of highly skilled and specialized brokers and managers.


In 2006, having experienced success as a commercial real estate brokerage and management company. The company was able to expand into the commercial development and hospitality management arenas. Two years later, the management division grew its hospitality portfolio to include hotel partnerships with the most prestigious select service brands including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western, Wyndham and Intercontinental Hotels.

 

Today, Oldham Goodwin has grown into a robust integrated commercial real estate firm offering brokerage, development and management services to emerging markets throughout the country. Headquartered in College Station, Texas, Oldham Goodwin currently employs over 300 employees and has approximately $300 million in assets under management. Oldham Goodwin currently provides integrated and highly specialized commercial real estate services for a variety of commercial property types including land, hotels, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and self-storage properties.
