Casey OldhamCasey is the founder of Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Casey is rooted in every aspect of Oldham Goodwin's business. He oversees corporate strategic planning, analysis of corporate positioning and overall corporate initiatives. Casey is also responsible for establishing and monitoring operational and financial key performance indicators and implementing company-wide strategic goals. He is tasked with helping to develop operational procedures, overseeing efficient resource allocation of personnel and capital, and ensuring best business practices are being utilized. Casey has extensive experience in transaction management, valuation, finance and deal structures for various real estate genres and businesses. In addition to his management abilities, Casey has managed and negotiated a number of real estate work-outs for distressed properties and turn-around situations. Casey is also a managing member and/or partner of multiple real estate and business partnerships. Casey enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and diving, and lives in College Station, Texas, with his wife, Sarah.

Hunter Goodwin

Hunter GoodwinHunter Goodwin received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University – College Station, Texas. He is President of Oldham Goodwin and Director of Hospitality. As President, Hunter is responsible for implementing the company’s business strategies, launching new ventures and initiatives, overseeing ongoing company operations and developing synergistic business relationships. Hunter specializes in the asset management and development of commercial, multifamily and hospitality properties utilizing his extensive experience in construction management and business operations. In addition to his duties as President, Hunter is responsible for the asset management and operations of all hospitality properties in his role as Director of Hospitality. Prior to real estate, Hunter was a professional athlete for 8 years and was a team captain for the Miami Dolphins from 1999-2000. He served as a Miami Dolphins representative to the Player’s Union from 2000-2001. Hunter served as a Fox Sports College Game Day Analyst in 2005 and was also a consultant commentator for the 2003 NFL Draft for KVET—Austin, Texas. Hunter’s board appointments include City of College Station Design Review Board, City of College Station Zoning Board of Adjustments Alternate, Convention Visitors Bureau Executive Board of Directors, Scotty’s House Board of Directors, Scotty’s House Building Committee Member and 12th Man Foundation Board of Directors.

In addition to overseeing the operations of the Brokerage Division, he specializes in the in the acquisition and disposition of Retail, Office, and Net Lease properties throughout Texas. Clint has represented lending institutions, corporate, and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of their assets and has extensive experience in valuation and financial analysis of investment properties. His unique ability to navigate complicated transactions and get deals to the closing table, comes from a wealth of experience that started in project leasing, tenant representation, and financial analysis, and has allowed him to close over $70 Million in transaction volume since 2010.

He spent 15 years with Cencor Realty/The Weitzman Group as City Partner/Executive Vice President where he opened & ran the Houston office, a full service operation focused on leasing, sales, property management, new development & acquisition of retail properties. George also spent 6 years with Weingarten Realty. As Vice President/Regional Director of Leasing, George was responsible for leasing of management of 72 shopping centers totaling nine million square feet in six states. As Vice President/Director of New Development, George was involved with the development of over 3.5 million square feet of new shopping center developments.

Amy JonesAmy Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master’s Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Amy has 15 years of real estate experience working with two REITs, Regency Centers and Weingarten Realty. She also has consulting experience with Verizon and the Cities of Bryan and College Station. As the Commercial Asset Manager, Amy works closely with the Senior Vice President of Commercial. Her primary focus is on the daily operations of property management and the financial reporting of the managed properties. She is also involved in the leasing and maintenance of the property’s value.

Cyndee Smith

Cyndee SmithCyndee is Vice President, Brokerage Services representing Commercial and Country Properties in the Greater Houston Area. Cyndee focuses on acquisition and disposition, as well as the development of commercial and country properties for clients. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Cyndee has completed numerous types of transactions including landlord representation of new retail developments and tenant representation with many current and former clients including Barnes & Noble, Dress Barn, Maurice’s, Deb Shops, Mission Burrito, Casa Ole, Claire’s Accessories, Carter’s, Wells Fargo, Ann Taylor, Einstein Bagels, Jack-in-the-Box and World Savings, just to name a few. Because she has represented both sides of the transaction, Cyndee has a unique perspective on how to create a win/win situation between parties during a transaction and strives to create close communication between all parties to maintain strong, long-term relationships during and after the transaction. Her career path began at Henry S. Miller, moved to Wulfe & Co. and ultimately enjoyed nineteen years with Shelby/Estus Realty Group. Cyndee has a daughter that graduated from Texas A&M. She enjoys travel, raises paint horses and lives in Washington, Texas, with her better half, Tom McMahon, two big dogs and several horses.

Kathy King

Kathy KingKathy is Vice President, Brokerage Services representing Commercial Properties in the Greater Houston Area. Kathy focuses on acquisition, tenant representation, as well as the leasing of retail properties for clients. With over 17 years in the commercial real estate industry, Kathy has extensive experience in both Tenant & Landlord representation. As the Director of Development for Academy Sports & Outdoors, Kathy led the real estate department for over 10 years in the identification, selection, negotiation and development of 52 store locations through a combination of land purchases, build-to-suits and renovation scenarios. In addition, Kathy served as Director of Real Estate for a Houston retail developer, where she spent over 6 years, honing her skills as a landlord representative and gained valuable experience overseeing the leasing of a portfolio of properties throughout Texas and Louisiana. In Kathy’s time as a Landlord Representative, she worked with national retailers such as Trader Joe’s, Marshalls, Ross, Staples, Shoe Carnival, Anna’s Linens, Dollar Tree and Party City, to name a few. Kathy’s wealth of experience on both sides of the transaction gives her the unique ability to understand the needs and concerns of both parties, and to identify solutions that lead to getting transactions closed. She prides herself on her reputation for fair and honest communication, and strives to make solid relationships which are built on trust and generate repeat business. Laurie is the former Director of the Bryan/College Station Board of Realtors and the former Chairman/Liaison of Builder Realtor Committee for the Board of Realtors. Laurie is a certified residential specialist and a licensed real estate broker.

Jeremy has nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, a significant portion while at CBRE where he focused on corporately owned real estate dispositions, investment sales, and portfolio management. As an Account Manager, Jeremy provided global real estate support and real estate transaction services for a Fortune 200 Company. Jeremy has a proven track record ranging from value-add and redevelopment projects to core-plus institutional investment properties. He is proficient with asset valuations, financial modeling and underwriting commercial real estate properties of all types.

Jody Slaughter

He is responsible for sourcing and securing landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Jody spent five years with NAI Houston and Transwestern in Houston, focusing on tenant representation. During this time his diverse experience included representing both local and national clients in office, retail and industrial transactions. Prior to that, Jody worked with Griffin Partners, Inc. in the office division as an owner representative. He has successfully demonstrated his ability to provide the highest level of client service and market knowledge.

Art HughesArt Hughes serves as Broker Associate and provides real estate brokerage, development and construction management services for Oldham Goodwin and its’ customers and clients. Art has over 40 years of experience in real estate development and various types of architectural construction, most of which is in the Houston and Bryan/College Station markets. In 1984, he started ACH Associates as a construction management and construction consulting firm. As a real estate broker, Art has been involved in numerous transactions that have included the purchase and development of all facets of real estate. Since returning to Bryan, Texas in 1995, Art has continued at ACH Associates and worked with regional and local clients and general contractors in the construction of commercial, office and hospitality projects. As a member of the Construction Management Association of America, Art has provided professional leadership and team building on many types of real estate development and construction projects.

As a native of Bryan/College Station, he has seen, firsthand, the growth of this market, and brings a unique focus and understanding of the area to all acquisitions and dispositions. Samuel represents buyers, investors, and sellers in their acquisition and disposition of multifamily and residential investment property here in Bryan/College Station and the surrounding areas. He is responsible for sourcing and securing buyers and sellers of these property types, as well as maintaining client records of qualified investors. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Samuel spent eight years with Gold’s Gym Inc., focusing on fitness management. During this time his diverse experience included training and managing staff, overseeing budgets, interacting with regional and executive personnel with regards to P&L statements, and servicing clients in group and individual settings. He is known for his ability to provide the highest level of client service and market knowledge available. A devoted father, Samuel enjoys lifting, hunting and fishing, as well as coaching his son in baseball and basketball.

Jeff HarrisonJeff serves as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. Jeff’s responsibilities include representing the brokerage division in the Greater Houston area. Jeff is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His experiences include brokerage, asset management, property acquisitions and dispositions, redevelopment and development on behalf of both public and private companies. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Jeff spent eight years at Weingarten Realty Investors. During his time as Vice President/Regional Leasing Director, he headed the leasing for the company’s central region shopping center portfolio, totaling in ten million square feet in six states. As Vice President/Mid-Atlantic Region, he was responsible for the achievement of company goals for the region including net operating income, leasing production and rental growth. Jeff also spent seven years with The Weitzman Group/Cencor Realty as Senior Vice President. He worked closely with the Chairman and President of the firm to run the leasing for a 6,500,000 square foot retail portfolio.

Bill serves as Vice President of the Investment Sales Group for Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. Bill is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions and business associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for Retail and Office Investment Brokerage. Bill is a self-motivated team member willing to work in a close-knit and fast paced environment that promotes the exchange of information between him and other members of the Brokerage Division. Bill provides the highest level of service for the firm’s existing and prospective clients. Bill began his real estate career in Dallas, Texas in the industrial division of Henry S. Miller Company. Shortly thereafter, Bill moved to Belclaire Companies as both a tenant and owner representative. Prior to Joining Oldham Goodwin, Bill worked with Parking Systems of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Houston, Texas. He focused on identifying and negotiating the lease, purchase and management agreements for commercial parking properties. During his time at Parking Systems of America, Bill was also responsible for the daily operations of the company in the areas that he was representing. Bill brings extensive experience in the identification, acquisition and management of multimillion-dollar commercial investment properties. Bill is knowledgeable as well as highly skilled in client relations, sales and marketing strategies and negotiation.

As Director of Revenue Strategy Marci is responsible for revenue management and sales for all hospitality properties, assists in the preparation of annual rooms revenue budget and assists in the preparation of the 30-60-90 day forecast. Casey is also responsible for establishing and monitoring operational and financial key performance indicators and implementing company-wide strategic goals. He is tasked with helping to develop operational procedures, overseeing efficient resource allocation of personnel and capital, and ensuring best business practices are being utilized. Casey has extensive experience in transaction management, valuation, finance and deal structures for various real estate genres and businesses. Prior to real estate, Hunter was a professional athlete for 8 years and was a team captain for the Miami Dolphins from 1999-2000. He served as a Miami Dolphins representative to the Player’s Union from 2000-2001. Hunter served as a Fox Sports College Game Day Analyst in 2005 and was also a consultant commentator for the 2003 NFL Draft for KVET—Austin, Texas.
