Casey is also responsible for establishing and monitoring operational and financial key performance indicators and implementing company-wide strategic goals. He is tasked with helping to develop operational procedures, overseeing efficient resource allocation of personnel and capital, and ensuring best business practices are being utilized. Casey has extensive experience in transaction management, valuation, finance and deal structures for various real estate genres and businesses. In addition to his management abilities, Casey has managed and negotiated a number of real estate work-outs for distressed properties and turn-around situations. Casey is also a managing member and/or partner of multiple real estate and business partnerships. Casey enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and diving, and lives in College Station, Texas, with his wife, Sarah.

His past projects range from interior renovations and finish outs to large tilt-up distribution centers, high rise parking garages and office towers. Chris has extensive experience working directly
with on-site superintendents and sub-contractors in coordinating, scheduling, and supervising work, as well as monitoring daily progress, quality control, and safety goals.

Natalie has extensive experience in group facilitation and public involvement, for she has worked with developers and surrounding neighborhoods to reach understanding and compromise. She has experience in real estate marketing and sales and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She excels at helping private sector clients manage a development project and keep it on track through site plan, building permit and inspection phases.

As a Senior Staff Accountant, J.P. oversees the accounting process for commercial, development, and multifamily segments. J.P. has extensive multifamily, student housing, and commercial experience, and prior to that worked in the banking industry. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in portfolio consolidations and property budgeting.
