Natalie Ruiz
Natalie is a graduate of Texas A&M University with over 20 years of experience in project management, code development and administration. She has served as a development coordinator, overseeing major residential and commercial projects in the public sector. She has authorized many zoning codes and regulations including the City of College Station’s Unified Development Code. Natalie has extensive experience in group facilitation and public involvement, for she has worked with developers and surrounding neighborhoods to reach understanding and compromise. She has experience in real estate marketing and sales and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She excels at helping private sector clients manage a development project and keep it on track through site plan, building permit and inspection phase.
