Bryan, Texas — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, in conjunction with MGroup, is pleased to announce they have been approved by the City of Portland to develop and construct a new multifamily development project.
Palm Bluff Place Apartments will be the first multifamily development to be constructed in nearly a decade in the City of Portland. The new development will be a 250 unit Class A community located at the corner of Cedar Drive and Billy G. Webb Drive. Palm Bluff Place Apartments will incorporate the look and feel of urban townhomes, while offering a robust amenity package, including tuck under garages, and private balconies.

Oldham Goodwin’s Development Services division will be overseeing the development and construction management of the project. The project team is working very closely with ARRIVE Architecture Group to design the community with the direction and vision that the City of Portland portrays. The team has selected FCI Multi-Family Construction to oversee the construction of this development project.
Construction for Palm Bluff Place is expected to begin January 25th, 2016, with a projected completion date in 3rd Quarter 2017.
