College Station, Texas – The Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, in cooperation with TEKMAK Development, is pleased to announce that the River Village Courtyard by Marriott in New Braunfels, Texas, is on pace to meet the projected completion date of May 1, 2009.

The River Village Courtyard by Marriott is a hotel development consisting of 125 rooms situated on a site with towering heritage pecan trees (once part of over a 100-year-old orchard) settled on the banks of the Guadalupe River with Interstate Highway 35 frontage. The project’s total cost is $15 million and currently the River Village Courtyard by Marriott is in the framing and MEP rough-in stages of construction.
