Professional Experience
Sean Griffin serves as Vice President of Multifamily Management Services. His responsibilities include oversight of the multifamily management services, prepare yearly budgets, compliance, prepare monthly financial packages for each property. Sean graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Sean worked as a commercial asset manager in the east Texas area as well as an independent commercial insurance estimator in the southeast Texas region. Sean also has also managed a $60 million dollar multifamily portfolio prior to joining Oldham Goodwin. In his spare time Sean enjoys hunting and fishing along with physical fitness.
