Diane Palomo – Hyatt Place in College Station
Oldham Goodwin began the employee recognition program to show our appreciation and recognition of employees who exemplify the embodiment of the core values of Oldham Goodwin. Each of our eleven hotel properties were tasked with nominating one employee who they felt provided exceptional customer service, contributed to cost saving initiatives, improved workflow and productivity, leads by example, and goes the extra mile.
We are honored and pleased to announce our Employee of the Quarter which goes to Diane Palomo from Hyatt Place Hotel in College Station. As the winning nominee, Oldham Goodwin awarded Ms. Palomo a $500 bonus for her hard work and exceptional service.
Once again, this quarter there were many nominations from our hotel General Managers and Ms. Palomo’s merits along with the pride she takes with her housekeeping position made her shine and rise to the top.
Ms. Palomo displays a continuous high level of excellence through her positive attitude and desire to please the customers. Our guests consistently praise her work and co-workers welcome her offer to help when time is short but demands are high. Hotel management can always count on Ms. Palomo to stay until the work is done and that includes helping in areas not on her board.
We are proud to have Ms. Palomo on our staff and look forward to an extended future of working together and building the customer relationships that she has already done a great job of developing.
Oldham Goodwin currently employs over 500 people but only one per quarter can be selected for the honor of the Company-Wide Employee of the Quarter. Today it was our honor to present this award to Diane Palomo from Hyatt Place Hotel in College Station, along with $500, in recognition of her hard work and dedication to excellence.
