Granbury, Texas – TEKMAK Development of Dallas, in partnership with The Oldham Goodwin Group, LC of College Station, opened the 106 room Hilton Garden Inn on Lake Granbury in time for the Independence Day celebration.
The Hilton Garden Inn on Lake Granbury is located one block from the City’s downtown square and next door to the Granbury Resort Convention Center. Each room is appointed with Garden Inn Sleep System beds, an ergonomic Herman Miller Mirra Chair, 32” LCD TV, MP3 Clock radio and hospitality center with refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The Hilton Garden Inn on Lake Granbury offers 3,000 SF of meeting and break-out space. The Great American Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Pavilion Lounge offers guests a place to relax. Other amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn include an indoor pool and lakeside patio area, indoor whirlpool, 24-hour business center, Precor cardio theatre fitness center and 24-hour Pavilion Pantry.

This hotel marks the fourth hotel collaboration between TEKMAK Development and The Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, with several more hotel developments slated to begin construction this year. The Oldham Goodwin Group estimates that 50 jobs have been created in the Granbury area due to the completion of the hotel.
