Casey Oldham is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Oldham Goodwin Group. He oversees corporate strategic planning and overall company initiatives. Casey’s experience spans transactions, valuations and complex deal structures for multiple real estate sectors. He has also spearheaded Oldham Goodwin’s expansion into major metro areas in the Texas Triangle. Casey and his wife, Sarah, reside in College Station, Texas.

Hunter is President and Chief Operating Officer of Oldham Goodwin Group. He implements business strategy, new ventures, company operations and cooperative initiatives. Hunter specializes in management and development of commercial, multifamily, and hospitality assets. Prior to real estate, Hunter was a 9-year professional athlete with the Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, and Miami Dolphins, where he was a team captain from 1999-2001. Hunter enjoys fishing and hunting. He lives in College Station, Texas, with his wife, Amber and two children.

Amy Jones serves as the Vice President of Commercial Management Services at Oldham Goodwin. In her role, she oversees the company-wide property management team with a primary focus on building relationships with property owners, tenants, and lenders to ensure the fiscal and physical health of each managed property. Amy lives in Bryan with her rescue dog, Ace, and is active in local charitable organizations such as Coach Blair Charities, Brazos County A&M Club, and Special Olympics.

Beth oversees Oldham Goodwin’s growing portfolio of multifamily properties, directing all operations, including financial management, logistics, and onboarding of newly acquired properties. Prior to her time at Oldham Goodwin, Beth was Vice President of Multifamily Operations for Madison Marquette where her portfolio included multiple high-rise properties in Houston and where she oversaw the sale of over $200 million in assets in 2021. Beth has nineteen years of experience in multifamily services, including five years as Regional Property Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners in Houston.

Chris Rhodes oversees development and construction projects across all market segments including hospitality, multifamily, commercial, and residential lot development. He works directly with design teams, regulatory agencies, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Chris has managed projects totaling over $110 million since joining OGG. Prior to joining OGG, Chris spent 5 years in Houston and Austin as a construction project manager on various commercial projects in healthcare and retail.

Chong Cheng Tan served as a consultant for Oldham Goodwin Group before becoming the Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience and is a high-impact, results-driven fiscal management, and business operations professional. Chong has a B.S. and M.B.A from University of Texas – Pan America. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, playing with his children, and acting as a sous-chef for his wife in the kitchen.

Clint Oldham oversees the OGG’s brokerage operations across Texas, along with the firm’s Investment Sales team. He has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the execution and expansion of the firm’s Investment Sales platform, representing both private and institutional real estate investors throughout Texas. He also plays an important role in Oldham Goodwin Capital’s development projects. Clint’s record spans over $500 Million in brokerage transactions in the retail, industrial, and healthcare market segments.

Cole Baker oversees the hospitality division with a focus on the overall asset management of the hospitality portfolio. With over fifteen years experience in hospitality management at OGG, Cole has assisted with the company’s successful portfolio growth. Cole’s continued focus on day-to-day operations of the division also includes construction/renovation oversight, personnel management, prospecting of acquisition opportunities, and ongoing support for other members of the hospitality division. Cole holds a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University.

As a real estate professional, Daniel Powell has over 18 years of experience at Oldham Goodwin. He focuses primarily on the central Texas market, touching all major real estate types and asset classes, with an emphasis on investment properties. Daniel has provided property price opinions and analyses contributing to the success of numerous commercial real estate transactions. He works in close partnership with our Commercial and Multifamily Management Divisions, the Development Department, and the OG Capital Division to provide clients a full-service real estate lifecycle experience. Daniel’s comprehensive knowledge and experience for both end-users and investors make him a valuable asset to the Oldham Goodwin team and clients alike.

D.J. is a member of the Oldham Goodwin Retail Brokerage team based in Bryan/College Station, TX. D.J. works with landlords to develop and execute tailored leasing strategies as well as creating a healthy tenant mix. He also works closely with tenants expanding within the Texas triangle and helps to identify and secure the right locations for their business.

Esperanza Calvo plays a critical role in the development and performance of all hotel sales related activities. She works with Oldham Goodwin’s sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth through strategic plans and creating educational opportunities to increase sales staff productivity. Esperanza holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Massey Business College. She has over 20 years of hospitality experience with prior roles as General Manager, Director of Sales, and Regional Director of Sales.

Freddy Alonso is engaged in the office segment of the commercial market and is extensively involved in the day-to-day operations of property management as well as the financial reporting for each Oldham Goodwin-managed property. His primary focus is preparing financial reports as well as maintaining the value and attractiveness of each managed property. Prior to Oldham Goodwin, Freddy was a property manager in a private business, managing apartments, houses, and commercial properties. He is originally from the Rio Grande Valley.

Holly Gonzales provides leadership for the Oldham Goodwin corporate and on-site multifamily management teams across the company portfolio. She is responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing strategic operating plans for assets with the goal of maximizing performance for the asset’s ownership group. Holly brings over 21 years’ experience in multifamily property management ranging from on-site management to corporate team leadership including financial oversight of each asset.

James Franks oversees the accounting operations for Oldham Goodwin’s Hospitality, Commercial, Development and Multifamily divisions. He works closely with the CIO and CFO on investments while supporting the COO with operational tasks. He has over 25 years’ experience in hospitality operations and corporate-level accounting in hotels. James holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping & backpacking, and golf.

Jay Tjoelker serves as Vice President of Land Services, specializing in brokering farm and ranch properties. He has undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Agriculture from Texas A&M University. After spending his first 10 years out of college in real estate appraisal, Jay has spent the last 10 years in brokerage and consulting, focusing on rural land across the state of Texas. Jay works with a wide variety of buyers and sellers and is diverse in his knowledge of all facets of the rural land market in Texas. Jay is the current President of the Texas Land Broker Network and resides in College Station with his wife and two kids. In his spare time, Jay helps operate a purebred Brahman cattle operation and loves traveling and spending time outdoors. 

As the Managing Director for Land Services at Oldham Goodwin, Jeremy is responsible for the collaboration of land professionals across multiple offices throughout the state of Texas. Jeremy brings 18 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and corporate real estate portfolio management. At Oldham Goodwin, he focuses on the principal representation for both acquisitions and dispositions of urban, suburban, and rural land. Jeremy possesses expert knowledge of asset valuation and land use analysis; coupled with integral experience with civil design procedures, technical reports, municipalities and other governmental regulatory agencies. Jeremy manages more than $100 Million in assets currently listed for market disposition. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, he served on a top producing national investment sales team at CBRE and provided portfolio management for a Fortune 200 Company at JLL.

Jody Slaughter serves as Managing Director – Corporate services for Oldham Goodwin with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is representing landlords and companies spanning industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare, financial services, distribution and professional services. Jody specializes in leasing, tenant representation and the acquisition & disposition of industrial and office product types. Jody assists his clients in best evaluating their commercial real estate options and facility needs. Jody is recognized by his firm as a consistent top producer and adds significant value through his transactional experience, market knowledge and creative problem solving. He has successfully demonstrated his ability to provide the highest level of client service, completing over 550 transactions throughout his 17 year career.

Michael Henderson is responsible for raising development project capital with prospective and current investors. He also communicates achievements and project performance. Before joining Oldham Goodwin, Michael was with Select Product Group, contributing to growing annual sales to over $300 million. He holds a B.B.A in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. Michael serves on the Board of Directors as a past chairman of the Cotton Bowl Council and is Historian of the Texas A&M Letterman’s Association.

Shelby Krause serves as the Director of Operations for Oldham Goodwin’s Brokerage Division. Her primary focus is organizing, directing and promoting efficiency in operations of the division across multiple markets and service lines. Shelby holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics, focusing on Finance and Real Estate, from Texas A&M University – College Station.

Maddy provides administrative assistance to our Managing Director and Vice President of Land Services. She also takes charge of project coordination, real estate marketing, transaction support, and due diligence advisory and research. As a real estate agent specializing in rural land, Maddy excels in her role in real estate and contributions as the Land Team Services Coordinator with her expertise and dedication.

Coti Freeman serves as a Transaction Coordinator in Investment Sales for Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin, based in the Bryan office. With a focus on day-to-day operations, Coti plays a pivotal role in project coordination, real estate marketing, and transaction support. Possessing over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate sector, Coti brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Coti held the position of Director of Operations at local boutique firm.  Her multifaceted role showcases not only her extensive knowledge of real estate but also her dedication to achieving outstanding results.

Brett Boatner represents office and retail users in their lease negotiations. He sources and secures landlord representation, new tenant acquisition, and the facilitation of lease negotiation between parties from our Fort Worth office. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Brett served as president of a private real estate company, specializing retail and industrial properties. Brett also has 18 years of retail management experience, serving as president of a privately-owned retail venture. Brett holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Christian University.

Erik Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel Management (RHIM) from Texas Tech University. As Director of Operations, Erik is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Operations in Oldham Goodwin Group’s Hotel Management Division in terms of overseeing and assisting with the overall operations for the company’s hotel portfolio. Erik has over 22 years of hospitality experience in multiple brands, including Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG properties. Prior to joining the Oldham Goodwin team, Erik managed hotels for Texas Western Hospitality and White Lodging.

Taelor Adkins serves as the Transaction Coordinator within our Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin Group, working in both the Fort Worth and Waco/Temple Offices. Taelor is a proactive member of the team, involved in day-to-day operations, which encompass responsibilities such as coordinating leasing and marketing initiatives, project coordination, and offering transaction support. She achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Business and Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.

Aaron is responsible for carrying out the business functions associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for Investment Brokerage, primarily in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets. Aaron is a self-motivated team member who works in a close-knit and fast-paced environment that promotes collaboration between him and other members of the Brokerage Division. Aaron provides the highest level of service for the firm’s existing and prospective clients. As Market Manager for the Houston office, Aaron supervises, trains, and supports all Houston agents regarding their brokerage activities to ensure each agent is successful and is providing the elite level of service and expertise Oldham Goodwin’s clients have come to expect.  Aaron’s philanthropic activities include volunteering for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as serving as a board member for CCIM, Gulf Coast Chapter. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and their daughter Claire.

As Senior Vice President of Retail and Land Services Cyndee focuses on two distinct types of properties.  In Washington and surrounding counties, she has fifteen years of experience representing buyers and sellers of rural properties.  Having made the move from Houston to the country many years ago, she intimately understands the needs of people making the same decision and delights in helping them “live the dream” of country life.  In commercial properties, Cyndee has over 35 years’ experience in retail leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development.  She has completed a myriad of transactions, both tenant and landlord representation, build-to-suits, shopping center development and renovation. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Cyndee was Senior Vice President and top producer for Shelby/Estus Realty Group in Houston.

Gloria Casimir has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate with a singular focus on serving clients with integrity and creativity. Throughout her career, Gloria has been involved in sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions for all property types for her sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. She has assisted clients through complex transactions with unrivaled work ethic and is energized by serving her clients with excellence. Gloria enjoys working out with her daughters and spending quality time with her grandbabies.

Justin Whitworth is the Senior Vice President of Land Services for Oldham Goodwin and is based in Houston. Previously he was a commercial broker and owner of Worth Commercial Real Estate and has successfully represented clients in closed transactions totaling over $200 million. Justin has a broad-based background in commercial real estate investment and sales, including conducting regional site selections for industrial, hospitality, multifamily, and retail users. He also specializes in acquiring off-market assets and has a wide range of experience in the development of multiple asset types.

Tyler Reiley executes daily functions and business associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for investment brokerage of retail, office, industrial, and specialized property types in the Houston area. Tyler graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Agribusiness. With his sales background, he developed the skills necessary to build relationships and fulfill the unique needs of his customers. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, and spending time in the outdoors with friends and family.

Karishma Dawood serves as a Transaction Coordinator for Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin in the Houston office. Karishma is involved in day-to-day operations including but not limited to project coordination, real estate marketing, and transaction support. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Karishma practiced commercial real estate as an associate at Marcus & Millichap and Cunningham Ventures in Houston. She has experience in retail leasing and specializes in retail investment sales and acquisitions.

Barbara has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has worked with major real estate firms such as Stream Realty and REOC San Antonio. Her management experience includes tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, contract bidding, construction management for tenant improvement projects, budget and reconciliation oversight and preparation, and employee management. She has worked for institutional and private equity clients and has been a member of Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).

From our San Antonio office, Ben T. Berry analyzes current market conditions and trends, developing qualified clientele. He assists in the day-to-day functions of Corporate Services, providing the highest level of service for our existing and prospective clients. Ben holds a B.B.A. with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate Finance & Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also working toward a law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.

Brian Allison serves as Vice President, Industrial and Land Services in Oldham Goodwin Group’s San Antonio Office. Brian has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing primarily on land and industrial properties. Brian is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions and business associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for Commercial and Land Brokerage. His responsibilities also include sourcing and securing both landlord and tenant representation assignments throughout San Antonio and South Texas. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Brian worked for the San Antonio offices of Kennedy Wilson and Grubb and Ellis. During his career, Brian has represented both institutional and private clients and successfully demonstrated his ability to provide the highest level of service and market knowledge.

As Vice President of Investment Sales, Steve Monroe manages Oldham Goodwin’s greater San Antonio brokerage, while growing the San Antonio/South Texas office in personnel and property listings for our Investment Sales division. Steve has more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, working primarily for CBRE as Managing Director of operations in New Mexico and California. Steve earned his CCIM designation in 1996, focusing on the sale of investment properties, with special emphasis on multifamily property sales.

Caterina Rodriguez is an Associate with Oldham Goodwin San Antonio, representing retail tenants and landlords throughout the South-Central market. She is responsible for analyzing market conditions and trends, developing a broad and qualified clientele. She assists in the day-to-day functions of Retail Services, providing the highest level of service for our existing and prospective clients. Caterina holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word. Caterina has been active in the real estate industry since 2018, working with a diverse group of clients on a local and national level. Her career began in multifamily property management, and interned part-time at Ronald J. Shaw law firm as a paralegal for a commercial real estate firm while attending the University of Texas. As a San Antonio native, her clients appreciate her consultative approach and ability to provide valuable insights into the local market. She understands what it takes to attract and retain high-quality retailers and is passionate about creating value for her clients through sound analysis and innovative solutions.

Tyler Bradfield serves as Vice President of Oldham Goodwin’s Retail Services and Investment Sales team. With over a decade of experience, Tyler focuses on the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties and also plays an instrumental role on the retail leasing team. Tyler joined Oldham Goodwin in 2015 as an Associate of Brokerage services, shortly after graduating from A&M. In 2020, he took over the project leasing for over 500,000 SF of retail space in the Bryan/College Station Market. With over 150 transactions closed since joining the firm, Tyler has a proven track record of success. Tyler and his family recently relocated to the Texas Hill Country, where he grew up, and is active in both the San Antonio and Bryan/College Station markets. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, is an avid hunter, fisherman, and is active in his church.

Derek Tanksley serves as an Associate on Oldham Goodwin’s Brokerage Services team. He is responsible for sourcing and securing landlord representation, tenant representation, and identifying acquisition and disposition opportunities for current and prospective clients. With his networking and business development skills, Derek stays up-to-date with trends in today’s real estate market in order to solicit potential clients and property for Oldham Goodwin.
