Houston, Texas — Oldham Goodwin is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Harrison as a Vice President of Brokerage Services for the Greater Houston Area.
Jeff will be representing buyers, investors and sellers in their acquisition and disposition of commercial, development, investment and other types of land parcels in the Houston and surrounding areas. He is also responsible for prospecting and business development of these property types.

Jeff is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His experiences include brokerage, asset management, property acquisitions and dispositions, redevelopment and development on behalf of both public and private companies. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Jeff spent eight years at Weingarten Realty Investors. During his time as Vice President/Regional Leasing Director, he headed the leasing for the company’s central region shopping center portfolio, totaling 10,000,000 square feet in six states. As Vice President/Mid-Atlantic Region, he was responsible for the achievement of company goals for the region including net operating income, leasing production and rental growth. Jeff also spent seven years with The Weitzman Group/Cencor Realty as Senior Vice President. He worked closely with the Chairman and President of the firm to run the leasing for a 6,500,000 square foot retail portfolio.
