COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Group is pleased to announce the construction of a new Starbucks, two new retail centers totaling 16,000 SF, and the future development of a 7-story Drury Inn & Suites at Chimney Hill along University Drive. The Starbucks will be completed this December, with the retail centers following in Summer 2020, and the Drury Inn & Suites coming in late 2020.
