Bryan, Texas – Oldham Goodwin (www.OldhamGoodwin.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Mason Schieffer as Associate in the Land Group for Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. Mason will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions and business associated with Oldham Goodwin’s existing platform for commercial and rural land brokerage. His responsibilities also include marketing, networking, administration, business development, and staying current with trends in today’s real estate market in order to solicit property owners and potential clients for land brokerage services.

Not only does he have prior brokerage experience, he brings knowledge of the rural land market and has a keen eye towards land development that adds to our diverse team. Mason Schieffer received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University – Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Mason previously worked for a Commercial Real Estate Firm in Fort Worth, Texas. While in Fort Worth he gained extensive knowledge in commercial and rural land brokerage and development. His background in the real estate industry includes experience in the acquisition and disposition of commercial land, rural land, industrial property, and business portfolios.
He is known for his ability to provide exceptional customer service, creativity in getting tough deals closed, and for finding the exact property to fit his clients’ needs. In his spare time, Mason enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid hunter.
