College Station, Texas – Threads Boutique, a contemporary women’s apparel and gift boutique will be opening a new location at the Jones Crossing development, located at the intersection of FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Parkway and FM 2154/Wellborn Road in College Station, TX.
Threads will specialize in affordable clothing that strong, stylish women of all walks of life can live, love, & work in. No fuss, some frills, shop Threads. The new boutique will join tenants such as College Station Dental, Zero Degrees, and Twin Liquors at the new mixed-use development by Stratus Properties of Austin and Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. The entire project is expected to total approximately 258,000-square feet of commercial space including a 106,000-square foot H-E-B, approximately 50,000-square feet of village-style retail space, a 40,000-square foot secondary anchor, and 8 pad sites.
