Senior Leasing Associate
The Senior Leasing Associate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of retail centers, office buildings, and single tenant facilities, as well as solicit new buildings to add to the company inventory. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously, and work with Landlords, Tenants, and other brokers to identify, negotiate and execute Letters of Intent, Leases, Listing Agreements, and Commission Agreements.

Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, giving tours, delivering outstanding customer service, and executing leases for several local apartment complexes. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, and customer service skills. Experience in property management and AMSI software is preferred but not required.
