The Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving our guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. Front desk agents make the first impression by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of hotel amenities to our guests. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special request when necessary for our guests.

Marketing Coordinator | Bryan, TX

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position, located in the Bryan/College Station office. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the production and distribution of marketing materials for all departments of Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for assisting in the creation of marketing materials pursuant to Oldham Goodwin Group’s brand standards, as well as respective multifamily and hotel brand standards. The Marketing Coordinator will also report indirectly to the directors of respective divisions and individual agents regarding the creation of materials. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for periodic maintenance of Oldham Goodwin Group’s web site, as well as the company’s and managed properties’ social media presence. A Construction Project Manager (“CPM”) with the Oldham Goodwin Group Development Services department is responsible for assisting in and overseeing all aspects of development and construction projects, and operating within the departmental policies, procedures and guidelines. During the development process, a CPM will assist with all planning, entitlement, and project management duties. Duties entail leading coordination of design professionals for plan development and the guidance of proposed developments through the approval and permitting process. A CPM must also assist in the development of detailed project scopes, plans, budgets and contract documents.

The Hotel Sales Manager serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers who are in need of lodging, meeting space, food and beverage service and have direct oversight of the sales operations. The Hotel Sales Manager responds to inquiries, initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients and entertains clients, conducts site visits, determines rates, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, services accounts and analyzes lost business for the hotel. Operations Technician | SpringHill Suites by Marriott | Houston, TX

The Operations technician reports directly to the Director of Operations and their duties involve work in the Engineering and Banquet departments. The Operations department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property asset and the function and execution of all meeting and events in the hotel. This position splits its time responding to guest room maintenance and preventive maintenance issues and also assists in the execution of banquet events. Banquet event duties include the setup and breakdown of all banquet equipment including chairs, tables, food and beverage and audio visual equipment.
