A Construction Project Administrator (PA) with the Oldham Goodwin Group Development Services department is responsible for assisting in all project administration and contract management aspects of various development and construction projects. Duties entail assistance with coordination of design professionals throughout the development process and the guidance of proposed developments through the approval and permitting processes. During the development process, the PA is involved from the creation of the project scope through the completion of construction and project closeout procedures. The projects may be new developments, construction of new facilities, or renovations of existing properties. A PA must also assist in the creation of detailed project budgets including acquisition costs, hard costs and soft costs. Some travel to project sites within Texas may be required both locally and out of town and overnight as needed.

The Brokerage Marketing Coordinator would work directly with our agents to create marketing collateral that showcases their client’s properties, as well as provide support to the team by keeping the website and other marketing venues up to date with current information. As a member of the Brokerage team, the marketing coordinator will also assist with other team and client-driven projects. Maintaining the efficiency of the transaction process with respect to marketing collateral and marketing venues is a key component of the job.
