Construction Begins on Phase II of Catalon at Lago Mar Luxury Apartments

TEXAS CITY, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Capital, LLC the subsidiary of Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC and partner MGroup + Architects have broken ground on the second phase of Catalon at Lago Mar apartments in Texas City, Texas. The Class A residential addition will include four additional buildings offering a total of 170 apartment homes including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2020.
