The Starbucks will be completed this December, with the retail centers following in Summer 2020, and the Drury Inn & Suites coming in late 2020.

Oldham Goodwin’s Brokerage Division has represented the landlord in bringing Starbucks and Drury Inn & Suites to this mixed-use development; with its Development Division hired to construct the Starbucks and retail centers.

CENTRAL TEXAS, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Group will now be servicing the Central Texas I-35 Corridor (Bell, Coryell, Falls, Lampasas, McLennan, and Milam County) with the addition of Derek Tanksley on the Brokerage Services team. Derek will be joining Samuel R. Etheredge, a Senior Associate, on the Brokerage Services team to provide a full range of brokerage services to Central Texas.

Derek, a long-time resident of Central Texas, will serve as an Associate on Oldham Goodwin’s Brokerage Services team. With his networking and business development skills, Derek stays up to date with trends in today’s real estate market in order to solicit potential clients and property for Oldham Goodwin. He graduated from Killeen High School in Killeen, Texas and attended college before gaining experience throughout the sales industry. Today, Derek has over twenty-three years of experience in the sales industry.

Just Closed - The Park at Cornerstone, Houston, TX

Houston, Texas – Oldham Goodwin, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of The Park at Cornerstone at 14300 Cornerstone Village Drive in Houston, TX. The five building office complex totals over 70,000 SF and is located just off of the heavily trafficked FM 1960 between Highway 45 and Tomball Parkway on a five acre tract. The property is centrally located and is in the area of major national and regional chains such as Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Aldi, Sam’s Club, and many more. Oldham Goodwin represented the Seller and once the Buyer was procured was able to close the property within approximately three months. Oldham Goodwin assisted in resolving leasing issues while the property was under contract and negotiated seller financing agreeable to both parties.

Clinton Oldham along with Aaron Morris represented the Seller in the transaction. The Buyer was self-represented.

Oldham Goodwin Group Announces Construction Of Class A Office Building In CamWest Crossing Business Park

In The NewsBRYAN, Texas — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC on behalf of Roserock Capital Group is pleased to announce the beginning stages of vertical construction for Phase 1 of the CamWest Crossing development in Bryan, Texas.

Kicking off the development, 8872 Health Science Center Parkway will be home to a state of the art 61,000 SF class A office building. CamWest will provide office tenants the unique combination of high-end finishes, flexible floor plates, excellent location, and competitive deal terms. The anticipated delivery date of the building is April 2019.

CamWest Crossing spans over 45 acres with office, retail, and frontage along Health Science Center Parkway and State Highway 47.
