Bryan, Texas – Oldham Goodwin, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Briarcrest Commons at 1733 Briarcrest Drive. A 22 tenant, two building office complex along the heavily trafficked east/west thoroughfare of Briarcrest Drive. The buildings total 44,996 SF and are situated on a 2.64 acre tract. The property is centrally located and is surrounded by St. Joseph Regional Hospital, Blinn College, Tejas Retail Center, Galleria Office and Retail Center, Bryan High School, Wal-Mart Super Center, and Bryan Towne Center. Oldham Goodwin represented the Seller and was able to quickly procure a Buyer for the property. The Seller was assisted in resolving multilayered title issues over the course of approximately nine months, all while maintaining Buyer confidence and engagement. The transaction closed shortly after title issues were resolved.

Clinton Oldham along with Tyler Bradfield represented the Seller in the transaction. The Buyer was self-represented.
