Oldham Goodwin Completes 22,000 SF Lease to FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies at CamWesT Crossing in Bryan, TX

BRYAN, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC (“Oldham Goodwin”) on behalf of CamWesT Companies and in conjunction with Roserock has leased 22,000 square feet of Class A office space at CamWesT to FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in Phase 1 of the CamWesT Crossing development in Bryan, Texas.

FUJIFILM and ownership inked the deal at the end of August with interior finish out slated to begin within the coming weeks. The new lease is in conjunction with FUJIFILM’s manufacturing plant expansion to the southeast, and in part due to the Federal Government’s Operation Warp Speed, working toward the mass production of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Phase I of CamWesT Crossing is a Class A office park ideally positioned to attract national and regional users seeking a cost effective, higher end product in close proximity to Texas A&M University and located within the Bio Corridor. All parties worked diligently to the finish line and we look forward to working together in the future.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC is excited to announce the grand opening of Ático, the newest concept by Chef Tim Love located at the SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards. The Barcelona-inspired tapas bar began welcoming guests on Friday, January 17 to the hotel’s rooftop bar overlooking the Fort Worth Stockyards and the downtown Fort Worth skyline.

The Ático menu is made up of an assortment of classic and modern tapas and features a Spanish-driven cocktail and wine menu with an emphasis on straightforward combinados (mixed drinks), cervezas on draft, and a curated selection of Spanish sherry. Highlights from the menu include patatas bravas, pan con tomate, Spanish flatbreads, and grilled oysters dressed with guanciale. A selection of charcuterie boards will be available including “José’s Tacos” featuring Iberico ham, caviar, and gold flakes.

“Barcelona has the absolute best bar scene in Europe, hands down! Most of my favorites are on a rooftop where each spot is always lively yet intimate and the quality of both food and drink go hand in hand,” said Chef Tim Love. “I’ve dreamed about having that kind of experience in Fort Worth for years now, waiting for the perfect venue that could capture Barcelona’s special brand of bar culture and Ático is just that with panoramic views of the city’s landmarks. Oldham Goodwin Group worked with Studio 11 in collaboration with Chef Tim Love on the design and construction of the 82-seat venue featuring Spanish mission style brick arches with a modern glass roof, large potted plants, and green walls throughout. The rooftop of the SpringHill Suites, where Ático is located, affords views of all Fort Worth’s landmarks, including TCU’s Amon G. Carter Stadium, Will Rogers Memorial Center, Dickies Arena, Historic Stockyards and Downtown.
