Oldham Goodwin Opens Temple Office to Better Serve Commercial Real Estate Needs of Central Texas I-35 Corridor Region

TEMPLE, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin, a fully-integrated Texas commercial real estate company with offices in Bryan-College Station, Houston, San Antonio, and Fort Worth, has opened a Temple office to better serve the Central Texas I-35 Corridor. The Temple office, led by Brokerage Associate Derek Tanksley and Commercial Property Manager Rachael Rodriguez, is focused on serving Bell, McClennan, and Williamson Counties with Oldham Goodwin’s full range of asset services, including commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and investment.

“We have been serving the Central Texas market for several years,” said Tanksley, “but our new Temple location makes us even more accessible to clients in the area, particularly from a property management standpoint. We’re excited to continue to contribute to the growth of this community with a commitment to service and reliability in commercial real estate.”

Derek offers exceptional networking and business development skills and expertise in today’s real estate market. A long-time resident of Central Texas and Killeen High School graduate, Derek has an extensive background in the sales industry in Central Texas. He is ready to serve clients throughout Central Texas and the I-35 corridor.

Rachael Rodriguez has more than a dozen years of experience in real estate and property management. She seeks to build relationships with property owners and tenants to ensure the fiscal and physical health of each managed property. Her management experience includes tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, contract bidding, construction management for tenant improvement projects, and budget and reconciliation oversight and preparation.

The Temple office currently manages properties in Hutto, Georgetown, Harker Heights, Nolanville, Temple, and Waco.
