He has also spearheaded Oldham Goodwin’s expansion into major metro areas in the Texas Triangle. Casey and his wife, Sarah, reside in College Station, Texas.

Prior to real estate, Hunter was a 9-year professional athlete with the Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, and Miami Dolphins, where he was a team captain from 1999-2001. Hunter enjoys fishing and hunting. He lives in College Station, Texas, with his wife, Amber and two children.

Michael serves on the Board of Directors as a past chairman of the Cotton Bowl Council and is Historian of the Texas A&M Letterman’s Association.

Beth has nineteen years of experience in multifamily services, including five years as Regional Property Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners in Houston.

After spending his first 10 years out of college in real estate appraisal, Jay has spent the last 10 years in brokerage and consulting, focusing on rural land across the state of Texas. Jay works with a wide variety of buyers and sellers and is diverse in his knowledge of all facets of the rural land market in Texas. Jay is the current President of the Texas Land Broker Network and resides in College Station with his wife and two kids. In his spare time, Jay helps operate a purebred Brahman cattle operation and loves traveling and spending time outdoors.

She began her career at Oldham Goodwin in 2011 and has over 16 years of hotel experience, beginning with property operations and F&B, then sales, and finally, “what feels like home” in revenue management.

As Market Manager for the Houston office, Aaron supervises, trains, and supports all Houston agents regarding their brokerage activities to ensure each agent is successful and is providing the elite level of service and expertise Oldham Goodwin’s clients have come to expect.  Aaron’s philanthropic activities include volunteering for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as serving as a board member for CCIM, Gulf Coast Chapter. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and their daughter Claire.

Caterina has been active in the real estate industry since 2018, working with a diverse group of clients on a local and national level. Her career began in multifamily property management, and interned part-time at Ronald J. Shaw law firm as a paralegal for a commercial real estate firm while attending the University of Texas. As a San Antonio native, her clients appreciate her consultative approach and ability to provide valuable insights into the local market. Tyler Bradfield serves as Vice President of Oldham Goodwin’s Retail Services and Investment Sales team. With over a decade of experience, Tyler focuses on the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties and also plays an instrumental role on the retail leasing team. Tyler joined Oldham Goodwin in 2015 as an Associate of Brokerage services, shortly after graduating from A&M. In 2020, he took over the project leasing for over 500,000 SF of retail space in the Bryan/College Station Market. With over 150 transactions closed since joining the firm, Tyler has a proven track record of success. Tyler and his family recently relocated to the Texas Hill Country, where he grew up, and is active in both the San Antonio and Bryan/College Station markets. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, is an avid hunter, fisherman, and is active in his church.
