Bryan, Texas — Oldham Goodwin is pleased to announce their representation of the landlord in the lease of KMAY-TV at Texas Avenue Plaza, located at 2800 South Texas Avenue in Bryan, Texas.
KMAY-TV was recently purchased by London Broadcasting Company, and will become KAGS-TV. Their new studio will feature state-of-the-art technology including local news reports in High Definition. Robert Young, Director of Commercial Leasing, Senior Broker Associate, represented the landlord in the negotiation of the lease.
