College Station, Texas – TekMak Development of Dallas, in conjunction with The Oldham Goodwin Group, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Best Western at Old Town Center. The Best Western, located at Boonville Town Center Development in Bryan, Texas, at Boonville Road & State Highway 6, is one of Best Western’s newest upper mid-scale prototypes, “Atria Parallel.”
The Atria Parallel prototype is a 5-story modular design featuring a pool, breakfast area, bar, business center, fitness facility, media center, board room and conference center. This hotel is only the third of its kind to be built and the projected completion date is late summer 2009.
