This building formerly served as the corporate headquarters for Nutrabolt, one of the top independent sports nutrition companies in the world. The facility is located within walking distance to the Stella Hotel, adjacent to the Traditions Club golf course, and less than 1.5 miles from Easterwood Airport.

The five building office complex totals over 70,000 SF and is located just off of the heavily trafficked FM 1960 between Highway 45 and Tomball Parkway on a five acre tract. The property is centrally located and is in the area of major national and regional chains such as Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Aldi, Sam’s Club, and many more. Oldham Goodwin represented the Seller and once the Buyer was procured was able to close the property within approximately three months. Oldham Goodwin assisted in resolving leasing issues while the property was under contract and negotiated seller financing agreeable to both parties.

A 22 tenant, two building office complex along the heavily trafficked east/west thoroughfare of Briarcrest Drive. The buildings total 44,996 SF and are situated on a 2.64 acre tract. The property is centrally located and is surrounded by St. Joseph Regional Hospital, Blinn College, Tejas Retail Center, Galleria Office and Retail Center, Bryan High School, Wal-Mart Super Center, and Bryan Towne Center. Oldham Goodwin represented the Seller and was able to quickly procure a Buyer for the property. The Seller was assisted in resolving multilayered title issues over the course of approximately nine months, all while maintaining Buyer confidence and engagement. The transaction closed shortly after title issues were resolved.
