The Texas City and La Marque areas are experiencing a boom in both population and economic growth, and 2018 is only going to bring bigger and better things for businesses, for residents and for the region’s many visitors.

Catalon at Lago Mar is a luxury apartment complex and part of the much larger Lago Mar development, a 2,033-acre master-planned community along I-45 South in the Galveston-Clear Lake corridor. Phase I of the 230-unit Catalon complex was completed in 2017 and was fully occupied in short order.

Discussions are ongoing between the developer of the Lago Mar community and Catalon for Phase II of the complex.
