BRYAN, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Development (OGD) is pleased to announce their selection by Black Forest Ventures, LLC to assist them in redeveloping the Chimney Hill Shopping Center (CHSC) in College Station, Texas.
In August, the College Station City Council approved Black Forest Ventures request to rezone the CHSC development as a Planned Development District, paving the way for its redevelopment.
“OGD is excited to partner with Black Forest Ventures to redevelop the Chimney Hill Shopping Center,” said Hunter Goodwin, President and COO of Oldham Goodwin Group. “Our firm has been working on this project on and off for many years and look forward to finally seeing the site redeveloped”
Currently, The Republic Steakhouse is the only tenant occupying the lot, along University Drive, and will be relocated on the site to be housed in its own standalone building.
Oldham Goodwin Brokerage will lead the leasing and sales efforts for the project and will offer build-to-suit opportunities within the development.
