Oldham Goodwin represented the Seller and was able to quickly procure a Buyer for the property. The Seller was assisted in resolving multilayered title issues over the course of approximately nine months, all while maintaining Buyer confidence and engagement. The transaction closed shortly after title issues were resolved.
