Bryan, Texas — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jeremy Richmond as a Senior Associate of Brokerage Services to their existing Land Group. Jeremy brings a unique blend of commercial real estate knowledge through his experiences with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle. There he specialized in corporate real estate dispositions, investment sales, portfolio management, asset valuation and financial modeling. Jeremy has extensive experience in representing clients of value-add, redevelopment and core-plus institutional investment properties.

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University – College Station, Texas. Jeremy also earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010.
As a member of Oldham Goodwin’s Land Group, Jeremy will be focused on representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of land for urban, recreational and farm/ranch properties throughout the state.
