NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS — Nicole Winningham, dual director of sales for the Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New Braunfels was recently named to the New Braunfels Jaycees 2021 class of Rising Stars. Nicole’s achievement was formally honored at the Rising Stars Gala held on Friday, January 14, 2022, at The Chandelier of Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas.
With nearly eight years of experience in the hospitality industry including four and a half years with Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC managed properties, Nicole is a true professional. Over the past two years, her inspirational leadership style has been on display during one of the most challenging seasons in the hospitality industry. Her unique vision to find new sources of revenue and provide ongoing support to her team has proved to be incredibly successful.

The Rising Stars of New Braunfels is a program of the New Braunfels Jaycees, the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, and the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung to recognize the contributions of the community’s young leaders. Annually this program recognizes 20 distinguished individuals under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact in their professional and/or civic endeavors. These Rising Stars are on a trajectory towards being New Braunfels’ next generation of outstanding leaders.
