BRYAN, TEXAS — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC (“Oldham Goodwin”) on behalf of CamWesT Companies and in conjunction with Roserock has leased 22,000 square feet of Class A office space at CamWesT to FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in Phase 1 of the CamWesT Crossing development in Bryan, Texas.

FUJIFILM and ownership inked the deal at the end of August with interior finish out slated to begin within the coming weeks. The new lease is in conjunction with FUJIFILM’s manufacturing plant expansion to the southeast, and in part due to the Federal Government’s Operation Warp Speed, working toward the mass production of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Phase I of CamWesT Crossing is a Class A office park ideally positioned to attract national and regional users seeking a cost effective, higher end product in close proximity to Texas A&M University and located within the Bio Corridor. All parties worked diligently to the finish line and we look forward to working together in the future.

CamWesT Crossing spans over 45 acres with plans for office and retail with frontage along HSC Parkway and State Highway 47. Phase 1 consists of a 60,000 SF Class A office building with additional facilities in the planning stages. Kicking off the development, 8872 Health Science Center Parkway will be home to a state of the art 61,000 SF class A office building. CamWest will provide office tenants the unique combination of high-end finishes, flexible floor plates, excellent location, and competitive deal terms. The anticipated delivery date of the building is April 2019.
