Bryan, Texas — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the successful opening of the new St. Joseph Family Medicine Clinic located at 4007 Victoria Avenue, College Station, Texas and the start of a second brand new Family Medicine Clinic to be located in Bryan, Texas.
The College Station clinic is 7,647 square feet and the new Bryan clinic will be a 7,414 square foot clinic located at 2410 Boonville Road, near the Austin’s Colony subdivision, easily accessible via Boonville Road.
Oldham Goodwin’s Development Services division, worked with St. Joseph Health System, to develop and design two separate build-to-suit medical office buildings that would meet the needs of the respective neighborhoods they serve. The College Station clinic was the first project constructed under the City of College Station’s new Suburban Commercial zoning district.
The Bryan clinic is expected to be open for service by the end of the first quarter in 2015.
