Bryan, Texas – Oldham Goodwin is pleased to announce its representation of the landlord in the lease of Penncro Associates at University Tech Plaza located at 3101 University Drive in Bryan, Texas. University Tech Plaza is a ~51,000 square feet “plug and play” contact center located in the Research Valley. Penncro Associates is a Pennsylvania-based telemarketing center specializing in accounts receivables management and customer relationship management.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Southampton, Pennsylvania, Penncro provides solutions in sectors ranging from financial services to the automobile industry. Penncro plans to create approximately 550 new jobs in support of one of the world’s leading financial institutions to provide support in the mortgage services division. Sam Pruitt, Executive vice President with Site Selection Group represented Penncro in the negotiation of the lease. Jason McAllister, Senior Vice President with Oldham Goodwin, and Robert Morris of Cushman Wakefield, Dallas, represented the landlord in the negotiation of the lease.
