Oldham Goodwin is excited to introduce Beth Kirschner as its new Vice President of Multifamily Management Services. Beth begins her work with Oldham Goodwin after serving as Vice President of Multifamily Operations for Madison Marquette for the last four years where she oversaw the sale of over $200 million in assets in 2021.

Beth will oversee 13 Oldham Goodwin multifamily properties containing over 1,500 units. She will direct all multifamily operations, including financial management, logistics, and onboarding of newly acquired properties.

Beth’s portfolio at Madison Marquette included multiple high-rise properties in Houston and Denver. She has nineteen years of experience in multifamily services, including five years as Regional Property Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners in Houston.
