Reiley represented the landlord in brokering a lease with Dick’s Warehouse Sale, which is part of the nationwide retailer, Dick’s Sporting Goods. The executed lease is for a 30,658 square-foot space in a 100,000+ square-foot facility on State Highway 249 in Houston and was featured by CoStar as one of the Top Retail Leases Recognized for Houston.
