Bryan, Texas— The Best Western Premier at Old Town Center in Bryan, Texas, received the Best Western Customer Care Award and the Best Western Green Award for its exceptional levels of service and its commitment to sustaining the environment.
The Champion Customer Care Award is presented to member properties that demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service and care. The Best Western Green Award is awarded to properties that showcase a commitment to sustaining resources and reducing its carbon footprint. In addition, hotels that are selected for these awards must also meet quality and design standards, as well as other membership requirements to qualify.
The Best Western Premier at Old Town Center is one of only 23 hotels out of more than 2,400 properties in the U.S. and Canada to receive both of these awards this year. The awards were accepted on behalf of the Best Western Premier at Old Town Center by its General Manager, Nicholas Albers, in front of more than 2,000 industry peers.

The awards were presented at the Best Western International Convention held in San Antonio, Texas on October 17-20, 2013.
