Courtyard By Marriott New Braunfels River Village’s Overall Guest Satisfaction Scores Place In Top 10% Of Brand

Oldham Goodwin is pleased to announce that the Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village, a 125 room, on the Guadalupe River & IH-35, has placed in the top 10% of brand Overall Guest Satisfaction Scores for the second half of 2011.

“Guest satisfaction has become a core value within the operation of the Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village. Management has instilled this value into the staff, all the while making it a fun, competitive work environment. Face it, without our satisfied guests, we would simply be an empty shell of a beautiful hotel,” said Keith Morgan, General Manger, Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village.

This recognition is based upon many different factors including Hotel Staff Service, Guest Room, Hotel Amenities/Services and Hotel Restaurant. The hotel has continually sought to improve guest satisfaction through improving customer service and the property since opening in 2009. Recent improvements to the property include a 50 foot sand beach that allows guests to access the Guadalupe River, a feature that few other hotels in the area provide.
