Chase Johnson is a dedicated commercial real estate professional with over a decade of combined experience in real estate and hospitality. As an Associate in Retail Services at Oldham Goodwin, he brings a service-first mindset and a unique operator’s perspective, particularly valuable to restaurateurs and retail clients. Chase began his real estate career in 2013 while managing restaurants in Bryan–College Station and later relocated to Fort Worth, where he has built a strong network of landlords, tenants, and investors. A Texas A&M graduate and former rugby captain, Chase’s leadership style is grounded in integrity, teamwork, and accountability. He continues to give back through coaching, board service, and community involvement, including serving as President of the Fort Worth/Tarrant County A&M Club. His passion for local business, combined with a growth mindset and strong communication skills, makes him a trusted partner in retail real estate.
