Our Story

For nearly 20 years, the experienced leadership team at Oldham Goodwin has been providing commercial real estate services in Texas that consistently maximize value for our stakeholders. Originally established in 2004 as The Oldham Group in Bryan-College Station, early efforts focused on providing investment brokerage services along with commercial and multifamily property management across the state. By 2006, the business officially became the Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC and expanded its operations to include hospitality management and fee development. Within the next two years, sponsored real estate investments through Oldham Goodwin Capital was added to the family of companies.

Today Oldham Goodwin has five offices across the Texas Triangle in Bryan, Houston, San Antonio, Temple, and Fort Worth to make investing, managing, developing real estate accessible and reliable. Employing over 500 real estate professionals, our dedicated team provides Investment (Oldham Goodwin Capital), Brokerage (Investment Sales, Commercial Land, Office, Industrial, Retail, and Farm & Ranch), Management (Commercial, Hospitality, Multifamily, and Facilities & Maintenance), and Development services across a breadth of property types.
