Professional Experience

Cyndee is Senior Vice President, Retail and Land Services in the Greater Houston Area, including Washington County and the surrounding counties. Cyndee focuses on the leasing and sales of commercial properties, acquisition and disposition, as well as the development of commercial and country properties for clients.

With over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate, Cyndee has completed a myriad of transactions which include tenant representation and landlord representation in retail centers. She interacted with numerous types of tenants, build-to-suits, shopping center development and renovation, acquisition and disposition of properties. Because she has a keen understanding for both sides of a transaction, whether it be the landlord or tenant, the buyer or seller, Cyndee has a unique perspective on how to create a win/win situation for both parties during a transaction. She is known for providing exceptional customer service and pays close attention to the details. She strives to create close communication between all parties to maintain strong, long-term relationships during and after the transaction.

During her career, Cyndee has worked with all types of tenants including Barnes & Noble, Wells Fargo, World Savings, Dress Barn, Jack-in-the-Box, Maurice’s, Deb Shops, Mission Burrito, Casa Ole, Chuy’s, Claire’s Accessories, Carter’s, Wells Fargo, Ann Taylor, Einstein Bagels, just to name a few. Her career path began at Henry S. Miller to establish their research department then on to Wulfe & Co., NewQuest Properties and Weingarten Realty. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin Group, Cyndee was Senior Vice President for Shelby/Estus Realty Group in Houston for nineteen years where she was a top producer.

Cyndee has a daughter that graduated from Texas A&M. She enjoys travel, raises Paint horses and lives in Washington, Texas, the historical place where the Texas Declaration of Independence was signed. She serves on numerous boards and committees and feels that giving back to the community is essential to personal growth and to enrich the community you live in.
