Blake Miranda is a Brokerage Associate with Oldham Goodwin’s Houston Investment Sales team, specializing in retail and healthcare properties. He works with property owners and investors throughout the Houston market, assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property and market analysis, and business development. Blake began his commercial real estate career with Oldham Goodwin as a Junior Associate while completing his studies at the University of Houston. After graduating, he joined the firm full-time. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Sales from the University of Houston, where he held leadership positions in the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars program and the Program for Excellence in Selling.
