Holly Gonzales

Holly Gonzales serves as Vice President of Multifamily Management Services, where she is responsible for the oversight of all property operations for the firm’s mixed-use, high-density multifamily properties, including the pre-development and lease-up of Class A+ assets. She brings more than 26 years of experience in multifamily property management, having begun her career in 2000 and advanced through roles including Administrative Assistant, Resident Relations Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Director of Operations before being named Vice President. Holly is an active member of the Bryan/College Station Apartment Association.

In her role, Holly manages, maintains, and enhances the value of each asset by overseeing every aspect of the property through constant communication and motivational supervision of the on-site staff. She ensures multifamily real estate standards are upheld at the highest level to create operational efficiencies, and she maintains a working knowledge of the market and competitive landscape to help keep each property competitive. Holly drives financial and operational performance to ensure leasing benchmarks and budget goals are met, and she provides consistent direction, evaluation, and training of on-site staff to monitor performance and output. She also establishes and audits an ongoing program of resident services designed to maximize resident retention and attract new leases.
