Starting his hospitality career over 20 years ago as a front desk agent while attending the University of Texas, Josh has built his professional journey from the ground up, advancing through a variety of hotel operations leadership roles. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, he served as Vice President of Operations at InnVentures, a subsidiary of Highgate Hotels, and most recently as Corporate Director of Operations for Hospitality Ventures Management Group.
Josh’s leadership experience spans major hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Wyndham. His expertise includes forecast analysis, leadership development and training, strategic profit and loss management, and cultivating exceptional guest experiences.
An avid sports fan and dedicated runner, Josh enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and two daughters, often camping, hiking, or traveling to explore new and exciting destinations around the world.
