Katelyn Garcia serves as Brokerage Coordinator for Brokerage Services at Oldham Goodwin’s Houston office, where she supports the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Commercial Brokerage Services through transaction coordination, property marketing, client communications, and administrative processes that help ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client service. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Katelyn built a diverse commercial real estate career spanning brokerage, mixed-use property management, and commercial operations, managing large-scale commercial properties, coordinating complex projects, overseeing vendor and tenant relationships, and supporting leasing and brokerage initiatives. Her experience working alongside property owners, investors, brokers, tenants, and service providers provides a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate industry, allowing her to effectively support clients and brokerage professionals throughout every stage of the transaction process.
