Steelie Leal serves as the Corporate Director of Marketing at Oldham Goodwin, overseeing marketing efforts across the company. She joined the firm in 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator for the Brokerage division and served as Lead Marketing Coordinator for two years before advancing to her current position. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Steelie worked as a Leasing and Marketing Manager with Asset Living, where she developed her passion for real estate marketing. Her background in leasing and brokerage marketing brings a valuable perspective to supporting the company’s diverse service lines. Steelie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University in 2019.
