Bryan, Texas — Oldham Goodwin is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Bradfield as an Associate in the Multifamily/Residential Investment Group for Brokerage Services at the Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. Within this department he oversees the acquisition and disposition of residential investments and multifamily properties in the Brazos Valley and surrounding areas.

Tyler graduated from Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership and Development. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Tyler began his career in real estate as a leasing agent with a local property management firm. During that time, he developed an understanding of property management, market strategies, the use of leverage and a passion for residential real estate. From there, Tyler accepted a position with Keller Williams, where he helped clients acquire both residential and commercial properties.
He has closed over $4 million in transaction volume and has the hands on market experience to understand his client’s needs to truly add value for them in the acquisition of investment properties. During his time with Keller Williams, Tyler consistently outperformed the market in both days on market and list to sales price ratio, making him a great asset to his clients.
Tyler is known for his ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience, creativity in getting tough deals closed and for finding the exact property to fit his client’s needs.
