Chimney Hill Shopping Center

2017 Oldham Goodwin selected to redevelop and manage site

4 New freestanding commercial buildings to date

100% Occupancy as of 2021

In 2017, Oldham Goodwin was selected and invited to partner with Black Forest Ventures of The Woodlands, Texas to participate in the redevelopment of prime commercial property, Chimney Hill Shopping Center, along University Drive in College Station. The aging property had a long heritage in College Station but was primed for revitalization.

In the past, Chimney Hill was comprised of a 75,000 square foot retail building and a separate 5,000 square foot Convention and Visitors Bureau office with bustling small retail storefronts and entertainment options.

Oldham Goodwin worked with existing tenants during the rebuild and revitalize the property to ensure ongoing management of the aging infrastructure, while overseeing a smooth transition to the new on-site structures.
