This 143-room Marriott®-branded hotel, located at the thriving intersection of Interstate 10 and State Highway 99 in Katy, marks a second, third-party management addition to Oldham Goodwin’s portfolio for the 2026 calendar year. This management opportunity also marks Oldham Goodwin’s first hotel in a partnership with Texas-based Houston Affiliates, Ltd.
Having opened in 2017, Element by Westin® Houston Katy is a modern extended-stay hotel designed for travelers seeking balance, comfort, and efficiency during longer visits. Well suited for the Katy and West Houston market, the hotel serves corporate, project-based, and relocating guests with spacious studios and one-bedroom suites featuring fully equipped kitchens, flexible workspaces, and eco-conscious design. Element’s focus on wellness and sustainability aligns seamlessly with the needs of today’s extended-stay traveler.
