The 3,000 SF restaurant site will be the first location to open in the Bryan/College Station area. The new mixed-use development project by Stratus Properties of Austin is expected to total approximately 258,000-square feet of commercial space including the H-E-B, approximately 50,000-square feet of village-style retail space, a 40,000-square foot secondary anchor, and 8 pad sites.
